Employees

Full or part time employees fees are paid every month that they remain commercially engaged with the company. The fee is calculated from the current salary time.

Contractors and freelancers

Fees are paid every month that they remain commercially engaged with the company. The fee is calculated from the current contracting rate.

Volunteers

If a volunteer role turns into a paid engagement within 24 months of the initial engagement then fees are paid every month that they remain commercially engaged with the company. The fee is calculated by the current salary or contracting rate.
